Berkshire Concert Choir

PITTSFIELD -- Berkshire Concert Choir will present “Coming Home,” on Saturday, November 19, at 7 pm and Sunday, November 20, at 3 pm. in Common Room at Zion Lutheran Church. 

This  60-voice choir is now in its 45th year and showcasing the music and poetry of New England. Directed by Matthew O Thomas and accompanied by Amy Renak, the program features "Frostiana", music by Randall Thompson and the poetry of Robert Frost. Choir members Marcella Bradway and Brian Litscher will also perform "If I Could Only Touch Your Life," by Aaron Schroeder and David Grover. 

Other pieces include "October" by Thomas J. Parente and Robert Frost; "Hope" by Carson Cooman and Emily Dickinson, and more. d

 Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors and students. Children twelve and under are free.

Tickets are available on Eventbrite, at the door or from a Berkshire Concert Choir member.

A portion of ticket sales will be donated to The People’s Pantry of Great Barrington. In addition, The Choir supports the annual Yule for Fuel benefit at Zion, donations to food pantries, donations to the Kids 4 Harmony initiative in Berkshire County, and to children impacted by war in Ukraine.
